Freelance Flash designer / programmer

We are franticly looking for a local freelance Flash developer. They need to be:
(I will keep this short and sweet)
- Good enough to bring on board some cracking ideas and make us scratch our chin and say "yep we was thinking just that"
- Able to share a joke
- Excellent value for money
- Close enough to pop in for internal meetings
Please, please, with pretty bells on top - no recruitment agencies. Great as you are guys, on this occasion we want to deal direct with a freelancer.
